twentyAI have partnered with a prestigious Private Bank in London who are looking for a Lead PMO to join their Technology & Transformation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing programme and project support and act as a reference point for PMO queries and information.

Responsibilities

Act as the lead PMO across the function and ensure effective practices are undertaken within the projects and programmes
Support the development of portfolio wide management information across the programmes
Responsible for RAID management
Assist with quarterly planning and prioritisation reviews
Stakeholder management across the business
Development and improvement of all project management tools and templates

Experience

Previous PMO experience within financial services essential, private banking experience desirable
Previous experience working on change/transformation programmes
Ability to influence at all levels
Proficient with MS Office, MS Project or Planview
Agile tooling, Jira or Confluence preferred
PPM qualifications preferable
Strong analysis and reporting skills
