Part-Time Finance Director, Small, Established Private Equity Firm, London, UK

An exciting, growing private equity firm requires an FD to join the team on a two day a week basis. This is a brand new role that has been created on the back of successful fundraising and would require you to get involved in all areas of the business.
You'll need previous PE/VC experience and to be comfortable in a small team, with ambitions to help the business grow. This would be a great opportunity If you're currently a private equity FD or CFO, or perhaps an experienced finance manager looking for something more flexible as the team are remotely based.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsibility for group and fund financials, FCA reporting, forecasting, tax and compliance
- Oversight of fund administrators
- Managing calculations of distributions, returns, carry
- Preparing ad-hoc investor information
- Involvement in other areas of the business to help contribute to the firm's growth
YOUR PROFILE: - A qualified accountant
- Experience in private equity or venture capital is essential
- Happy with a flexible two/three day working week
- A team player who is happy to work in a smaller team
- Very strong communication skills
- Possibly returning to work or looking for more flexible working
- Ability to work remotely or from home
