Partner/Product Enablement Lead
Partner Sales enablement is responsible for the GTM strategy, which is designed to be the basis of our pipeline generation & sale life cycle execution. It determines "where" (to look), "who" (to target), "why" (buy now and from us), "what" (we offer) and "how" (to qualify and position). Besides market trends and customer needs, the strategy is largely influenced by the readiness of the underlying solution(s) which is vital to our success. Only a customer-ready solution and large enough target market can help to drive our pipeline generation.
What will you contribute?
Reporting to the Director, Product Management Excellence, Partner Sales Enablement will manage life cycles of assigned products or services to optimize profit and meet client expectations, marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. This includes defining the Go to market Strategy - market research, development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion, and strategies associated with new and existing products(s). Tracks and monitors projects and provides needed information to all impacted areas of the company.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as Partner Sales Enablement will include, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Gains a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product knowledge gaps, generate new ideas that grow marketshare, and drive growth.
  • Manages the go-to-market process for the Partner Ecosystem
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing and Product to assist in the development of key strategic revenue initiatives.
  • Ability to identify Partner Sales process inefficiencies and develop and effectively advocate workable process solutions.
  • Engage in high-level discussions with Sales, Marketing and Product to determine market and business drivers and identify solutions to facilitate meeting those needs.
  • Help the Marketing, Sales and Product Management groups gain a better understanding of the customer's buying process and build skills, knowledge and repeatable processes to address the process
  • Identifies product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis.
  • Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.
  • Identifies and analyzes critical issues related to the product promotion of the product(s).
  • Translates product strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address market opportunities.
  • Works with product marketing department to develop effective communication activities and programs including product positioning and collateral development
  • Lead partner focus groups
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports and staff conferences, in order to inform management of current project status.
  • Manages the resolution of escalated partner problems. Escalates problems and issues to other departments when needed.
  • Develops proper and thorough documentation (internal and external) describing standards and where to access information as appropriate.
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities for Go to Market processes.

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant financial services software experience (support, etc.) .
  • 3 years of Financial Industry experience.
  • Experience working with project management software application analysis, design or implementation (knowledge of project management principles).
  • Proven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies.
  • Consumer lending operations, credit policy, and/or mortgage banking, financial institution product management experience preferred.
  • Experience developing sales tools and enablement plans
  • Ability to understand measurable sales, business and go-to-market strategies and develop structured plans, actions and metrics for sales tools
  • Experience and credibility working closely with sales reps, sales leaders, sales training, product/solution marketing and product management stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct granular market, competitive and product analysis to identify new go-to market strategies
  • Ability to drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Ability to communicate and influence strategy positions to various internal stakeholders
  • Ability to interact with customers to determine critical product and sales messaging needs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate and advocate key strategic ideas across multiple organization layers.
