About the Role
The Partner Recruiting & Integration Assistant - Talent Intelligence & Analytics is an integral part of Latham's Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in the delivery of research and analysis to support the Firm's partner hiring and integration strategies and priorities, as directed by their supervisor and other department leadership, as applicable, while assisting in producing research to support targeted hiring efforts, including by producing market research reports, talent maps, and competitor analyses in close collaboration with Talent Intelligence & Analytics leadership and other members of the Partner Recruiting function. This role will be located in ourLondonoffice. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the preparation of reports for stakeholders within and outside of the department, including with respect to activity levels and trends regarding partner and counsel recruiting, partner onboarding, and partner integration
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of departmental data related to the recruitment of lateral partner and counsel candidates and the performance of lateral and internally promoted partners, ensuring consistent information hygiene in line with our data privacy policies
- Ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, completeness, and global consistency in the delivery of research reports, market and competitor analyses, partner performance trends, and other information prepared by the Talent Intelligence & Analytics function
- Monitoring legal, market, and industry news related to the recruiting and integration of partners and counsel to ensure the department is maintaining appropriate competitive intelligence
- Developing an understanding of firm policies, procedures, strategies, and priorities to such that the same are articulated and documented effectively in support of each lateral process and integration effort

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably
- Administrative or professional office experience
