The Ideal candidate:

 

  • 10- 15 years of relevant Financial Services experience – Ideally from a management consultancy or a global Bank
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
  • Will be degree educated with significant experience in organisational design and cultural change strategies
