Your team
You'll be joining our Investment Performance Analytics team based in London, calculating performance, attribution and risk analytics for all business and product groups within UBS Global Asset Management. As a Performance Analyst in a busy and varied work environment you'll play an important role in helping our clients receive tailored performance Analytics in a timely and accurate manner. The business is undergoing a massive platform change including the Performance Analytics function, and the role will play a key part in adopting to these new platforms, driving change and new working practices going forward across the UBS offices.

Your expertise
• held similar Performance role, ideally with at least 2 years experience gained from an Investment Management organisation
• Strong ability in Excel/Access/VBA with SQL knowledge an advantage
• experience of Equity and Fixed Income attribution desirable
• proven ability to problem solve, critically evaluate and improve processes (Change the Bank mentality)
• Knowledge of SimCorp products a significant advantage
• Demonstrate ability to lead rather than follow
• Strong interpersonal skills - written and verbal
• degree or equivalent with a focus/bias in a finance, mathematics or engineering subject
