Performance Analytics - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Update performance database with accounting and internal data
• Work with stakeholders internally to collate and utilise data
• Provide follow up and detailed insight into performance analytics at the request of third parties/investors
• Support client services
• Provide reporting requirements

Job Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent in a Finance, Accounting or related field of study
• Existing experience within a performance analytics/analytical role
• Prior experience within the commercial real estate sector
• Highly numerical, with a good attention detail
• Strong excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Ability to problem solve
