This position would suit someone who is bright, interested in Banking as well as strong client services skills and possesses an approachable but professional telephone manner, strong administrative and organisational skills and enjoy it! This role is ideal if you can work well under pressure and can keep composed in busy periods, have the confidence to think on your feet and use common sense. It is a busy role but rewarding too!
Key duties will include:
- Sourcing candidates in the various specialist sectors
- Searching various jobsites, LinkedIn and social media
- Writing job advertisements creatively and posting them onto various jobsites
- Screening candidates on the telephone
- Interviewing candidates face to face (when we are permitted again!)
- Liaising with clients
- Updating database
