Major global financial services institution seeks a policy governance expert within its group enterprise risk management function on a fixed term contract of two years duration. The role will be responsible for leading the enhancement of the group's global policy governance framework and structure, providing effective oversight of risk-related policies and working closely with the Governance, Risk & Compliance system design and implementation team on projects relating to policy framework improvement. The successful candidate will need hands-on experience of policy & procedure drafting and management within a large global financial services institution and specifically in the context of risk management. This is an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental role in building a global centre of excellence with respect to policy governance, with scope to convert to a permanent contract at the end once the project becomes business as usual. Whilst this is not a pureplay project management role, skills in this will prove advantageous.
