Our client is a leading Real Estate Private Equity fund with a considerable amount of assets under management. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of real estate portfolio companies and other European investments held within the PE funds. You will assist with the strategic decision making, investment activities and reporting activities of real estate companies. You will take an active oversight approach, specifically regarding major investment, divestment and financing decisions. The successful candidate will require regular interaction with both senior management of portfolio companies and senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performing complex financial analysis and valuations
  • Modelling the impacts of the returns either to the business or within the portfolio
  • Preparing marketing materials for both internal and external use (co-investor reporting packages, quarterly reporting, investor day presentations, etc.)
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of all internal fund reporting
  • Assisting operating management teams and asset management colleagues with other corporate development transactions as required, including financing's, acquisitions, business plan forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Participate in regular quarterly board meetings for the companies, helping in the preparation of materials where required
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, ideally with a real estate or corporate finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Project planning and self-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
