My client are a leading asset manager who are going through a system consolidation programme, to simplify their front and middle office systems into one single platform. Part of this, is the implementation of a greenfield Power BI Premium instance and this role will be mainly responsible for the development of dashboards within the platform.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design build and deploy BI solutions - "Hands on“ dashboard and report creation.
- Support in the design, documentation, and implementation of an overall BI solution
- Support services to business users and IT project managers, business analysts, data analysts and developers on making best use of the Power BI platform.
- Provision of high-level work estimates and other planning information to project managers.
Qualification and Requirements
- Extensive experience with the Power BI Premium platform.
- Knowledge and experience of Analysis Services data models and Enterprise BI techniques
- Expertise in SQL & DAX
- Experience in SSRS, SQL Server, Oracle
- A background in data warehouse design and development
- Experience in an Asset Management environment
- Knowledge and experience of common software development methods and the full development lifecycle.
