The product management team are responsible for delivering index products and services, both new and existing, globally e.g. product strategy, commercial policies.

Excellent opportunity within this financial firm experiencing unprecedented growth within product management in the innovation and Research & Development of new products. The product management team are responsible for delivering index products and services, both new and existing, globally e.g. product strategy, commercial policies.

This individual will lead the development and growth of a suite of products and strategy across equity derivatives. You will drive the business proposition and define and execute product strategy with other senior team members. Working with both external and internal stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle, and collaboration with research, development, data management and governance to define requirements.

You will be an effective communicator and comfortable with numbers with a strong client focus and service mind-set. You must be able to organise and prioritise multiple projects under tight deadlines. With an understanding of investment management and portfolio construction across asset classes you will have worked in complex environments with relevant industry experience, able to deal with both the sell and buy side. You will be able to identify client needs and understand regulatory trends and competitor product ranges.
