Mason Blake are partnering with a renowned asset manager in their search to for a product specialist to join their Equity team with a focus on developing business across all UK Small Cap strategies. This is a perfect opportunity for an product specialist with 5-7 years of experience to join a newly created team. Candidates MUST have experience of working with UK Small Cap Equities to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the UK Equities investment team to both internal and external clients with a focus on UK Small Cap
- Attend client meetings and networking events
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor analysis whilst providing strategy updates to the sales team regularly
- Proactively communicate sales propositions and investment opportunities
- Contribute to marketing materials and RFPs
- Deliver product development and strategy
- Provide a positive contribution to all aspects of strategy for the product set
Experience and Qualifications
- UK Equity experience is essential
- Prior working knowledge of UK IFAs
- 5 - 7 Years Experience in an Investment role or Product Specialist role is essential.
- Public speaking and media experience preferred
- CFA would be advantageous but not essential
- Educated to a degree level
