What we’re building 

We now need a Product & Proposition Manager in Home Finance to support the transformation and the future growth of the business, so it can provide security and peace of mind to our customers by offering innovative and market leading equity release mortgage propositions valued by our customers.

Job summary

•To implement the Home Finance Product and Proposition Strategy, supporting the current and future needs of the business
•Developing, managing and delivering product changes from end to end, to ensure a timely delivery
•Support the development of products which create a competitive advantage
•To develop and maintain accurate technical communications, product literature and sales aids for new and existing propositions, appropriate to our customer base.
•To manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring data provided is accurate at all times

What you’ll do

◾To manage and implement the Home Finance Product and Proposition Strategy ensuring business requirements are understood and met
◾To develop, manage and deliver product changes from end to end. To work with key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.
◾To develop, manage and deliver required Papers and documentation, including Product Lifecycle reviews
◾To understand the competitor landscape and how our existing suite of products compare (in terms of pricing and product features) to the rest of the market. To make regular recommendations about our product suite to the Head of Proposition in order to maintain a competitive advantage.
◾To manage all product disclosure documentation, ensuring business, legal and regulatory requirements are understood and met
◾To support the business in achieving new distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships for new product options (white label products), helping to grow the overall distribution model.
◾To manage and deliver RFIs and DDs received from intermediaries.

Who you are

◾Good communication skills to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders
◾Experience of product management  and new product development
◾Good eye for detail in the accurate management of documentation
◾Excellent written and verbal communication skills
◾Project Management experience is desirable


•           Degree education or equivalent (Desirable)
