The Production Support Leader will provide efficient and reliable IT services to the Kleinwort Hambros business ensuring they are aligned to IT and business strategies and conform to standards, norms and policies of Kleinwort Hambros and Société Generale.
The Production Support Leader will lead and oversee L0/L1/L2 application support to SG Private Banking users. Formalise and track day to day problems of the end users, analyse the criticality/priority of these problems and treats them accordingly. Ensure that the Kleinwort Hambros applications are well monitored and are running stable and care for the deployment process to non-production and production environments according to the schedule
Roles and Responsibilities
Profile Skills and Experience
- Manage production quality for all private bank applications and outsourced IT services, build and maintain the relationship between business and IT
- Track, co-ordinate and follow application Changes deployment and follow major incidents, reporting KPIs and KRIs for each application.
- Monitor and follow up key metrics to improve overall production service quality
- To work closely with all IT teams in all locations ITEC and GTS across all locations in KH and outside of KH eg - PRD, ITEC, COEs, GTS in Paris, Switzerland and Lux.
- To act as process owner for all production support related activities and point of reference for all production related applications and procedures.
- To provide accurate and timely management reporting
§ Knowledge and experience of IT Service Management within the UK finance and banking industry.
§ A strong knowledge in Service Now, Self Service, SG PRD processes and tools,
§ ITIL V3 or V4 certification required, experience working to the ITIL process (incident, request, release, problem management.
§ Knowledge of iSeries/DB2, Biztalk, Solaris, Unix / Linux RHEL and Windows Operating Systems
§ Database Administration Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL, Shell, Java/J2EE
§ Desirable experience in Middleware administration: Weblogic/Websphere/Tomcat/Apache
§ Relevant administration, deployment and testing experience of Web Applications Evolution
