S&H is supporting a leading Asset & Wealth Manager with technology integration & post-merger integration. We require a Programme Director with experience of delivering multiple full lifecycle technology platform implementation, architecture consolidation, and TOM initiatives, ideally in the context of post-merger integration.

S&H Consulting provides consultancy services to leading Financial Institutions. We engage with clients to deliver change and transformation programmes for strategic initiatives and tactical solutions. 

S&H is supporting a leading Asset & Wealth Manager with post-merger integration. We require a Programme Director with experience of delivering multiple full lifecycle technology platform implementation, architecture consolidation, and TOM initiatives, ideally in the context of post-merger integration. 

The support requires a highly accomplished and delivery focused Programme Director with the following experience:

  • Delivery of multiple full lifecycle enterprise wide, front to back, technology implementation & integration programmes
  • Mobilisation & delivery of post-merger integration programmes to tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to CEO, COO, CTO and Board Level
  • Front to back office technology and operations improvement
  • Management of multiple third party vendors, both consultancy and IT
  • Client & data migration
  • Gravitas and excellent communication skills
  • Consultancy background
  • Adept at clearing blockages and navigating issues

Ideally experience of the above in an Asset & Wealth Management environment as well as knowledge of:

  • Portfolio management systems
  • Order management systems
  • Custody
  • Settlements
  • Systems including Avaloq, FNZ, Iress XPlan

This is a client facing role and demands excellent presentation, communication and proactive stakeholder management skills to board level. You will have good academic qualifications and be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge.
