Overview:
Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) protect the integrity and reputation of Deutsche Bank. They manage the Bank's risks and help to avoid unintentional rule breaches and conflicts of interest. At the same time, they also advise on ethical conduct, governance issues and keep our organisation up-to-date on regulatory and political challenges.
The Programme Management Assistant Vice President (VP) role is part of the Management Information (MI) & Reporting Utility (the Utility), reporting to the MI and Reporting Demand Management and Programme Lead. The team's primary focus is the development of automated MI dashboards and reporting content for Compliance Legal and Anti-Financial Crime functions globally to ensure that risk is consistently and accurately captured and reported. The Utility is organised with Change the Bank transformation and Run the Bank operations and reporting capability (CTB and RTB) across multiple locations globally.
The role provides both an advisory and delivery capability and requires Subject matter Expertise (SME) on the development and use of MI, as well as a clear understanding and working knowledge of Jira and Tableau, which are the two principle Strategic MI tools currently utilised by Deutsche Bank.
In conjunction with the activities of the Demand Management team, the role is responsible for defining, documenting and implementing solutions to source data from the Bank's Golden Source systems and databases, by working in partnership with the relevant Group IT, internal customers and Product Owners. The roll-out of dashboards will ensure a globally consistent, efficient and effective approach to the reporting of financial crime risk MI. The automation of information visualisation and distribution via Tableau will facilitate the completeness, accuracy and frequency of reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
As Programme Management Support, you will provide SME support to all MI development activities within the MI and Reporting area of Deutsche Bank, specifically using Jira.
