• PMO Analyst role includes :
o Provide PMO Support to all GTS/MKT/EMEA projects.
o Prepare various dashboards for senior management.
o Develop and deploy Project Governance across GTS EMEA.
o Support annual budget exercise.
o Assist Head of PMO with portfolio follow up. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Management Office
o Organise, review and challenge Project Reporting process
o Produce Dashboards and analysis for senior management
o Onboard every new Project Manager with governance
o Functional administration of Project tools (Reporting, Time Tracking ...)
o Support Project Managers with their day to day requests
o Main point of contact for all Project Managers
• Portfolio Management (Assist head of PMO GTS UK and EMEA on the below activities)
o GTS EMEA Portfolio follow up
o Organising the Project Review Committee
o Design and produce Dashboards and analysis for senior management.
o Support and animate the Yearly budget exercise
• Governance improvement
o Develop and deploy new processes to support GTS EMEA Project Management
o Develop and deploy tools supporting Project management and Portfolio Management
o Synchronise with Paris and other regions.
o Create Project Management Related MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses)

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Finance; Project Management
A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient in Office application.
Knowledge in accounting is a plus COMPETENCIES

This VIE in London is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
