We are looking for a hands-on individual to join our Technology PMO and manage critical program initiatives within global Custody & Fund Services business. In this position as a Project Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in driving strategic technology program and prioritizations across contributing groups
  • Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
  • Ensure program and feeder projects are on track/resourced
  • Drive planning at various organizational levels
  • Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
  • Track financials related to software and hardware expenditures, resource allocation
  • Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
  • Streamline processes, improve SDLC practices, and increase productivity


Qualifications:
  • Strong experience of combined business, project management, team leadership and IT experience required
  • Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
  • Knowledge of CMM and Six Sigma Methodologies and Standards
  • Knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Project Workbench, PMI, etc.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models, and working with professional services firms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Project Management Certification a plus
