We are looking for a Regulatory Change professional to work on a key project for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client. You will be based within their Regulatory Reform function managing teams for their IBOR Implementation initiative.You will be joining an already in progress project so it is imperative that you are able to hit the ground running, utilising your ideally strong IBOR and Product Control skillset.

About the role

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

  • Managing teams within the IBOR Implementation initiative.
  • Developing an understanding and effectively articulating IBOR Transition requirements
  • Proactive and reactive communication with clients, including via email and calls
  • Engaging with Senior Stakeholders to report project status and issues
  • Project scoping, planning and RAID management
  • Proactively identifying risks and communicating to management to resolve
  • Researching to keep up to date with related industry regulatory demands
  • Engaging with clients to respond to any queries they have
  • Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should ideally have the following:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong educational background - Degree (Masters/MBA would be an advantage)
  • 6\x2B years Project Management experience in a Tier 1 investment bank (or for a Big 4 consulting firm within the investment banking space)
  • Strong experience working on IBOR related projects
  • Strong product control experience
  • History of delivering high priority, complex projects
  • Be able to hit the ground running
