We are looking for professionals with Project Management experience to assist with the management and coordination of a LIBOR Transition initiative for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing teams and delivering key regulatory driven projects within an investment banking environment.

About the role

While your responsibilities can vary as the project/program grows, they may include:

  • Working with multiple business and function areas to scope, plan, implement and drive the delivery of key LIBOR Transition projects
  • Identifying risks in the projects and managing these to ensure they are handled and mitigated
  • Engage directly with the business (business unit managers, desk heads etc.)
  • Communicate with regulators and drive change based on commitments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, including Front Office, IT, Operations and Risk
  • Maintaining project deliverables and documentation
  • Along with strong management experience, you should be versatile and hands on, not afraid to get into the thick of the project tasks
  • Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience within Investment Banking, ideally with Tier 1 banks
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering regulatory-oriented projects
  • Good understanding of the trade lifecycle and solid product knowledge (cross assets)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of communicating with stakeholders across the bank

Desirable:

  •  Knowledge of LIBOR and the requirements banks are facing
