We are looking for Transformation Consultants & Project Managers with experience in Agile Working / Agile Coaching and Lean Six Sigma/ Scrum Masters. You will be working as part of a large team within a Tier 1 Investment Bank.

We are looking for Transformation Consultants & Project Managers with experience in Agile Working / Agile Coaching and Lean Six Sigma/ Scrum Masters. You will be working as part of a large team within a Tier 1 Investment Bank.

S&H Consulting provides consultancy services including Advisory, Managed Services and Resource Augmentation, to Tier-One Banks, Asset & Wealth Managers and other Financial Institutions. We engage with clients to deliver change and transformation programmes for strategic initiatives and tactical solutions across Risk, Regulatory and Compliance, Finance, Operations and Technology including Digital.  

Key Responsibilities within these programmes:

  • Extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of delivering improvements using Lean or Six Sigma
  • Ideally McKinsey 5 lens experience
  • Proven track record of successful transformation projects
  • IT background with knowledge on Agile, ITIL
  • Capacity to work hands-on using analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills
  • Must have demonstrable experience of implementing Agile Working / Flexible Working initiatives
  • Extensive experience in change management and overcoming obstacles
  • Proven track record of managing projects and programs
  • Good understanding of the lifecycle and constraints of projects/programs
  • Recognised project qualification preferable (e.g. PRINCE II, MSP, PMP)
  • Extensive experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with people at all levels of seniority, internally and externally.
  • Ability to independently coordinate and interact with senior management
  • Proven ability to analyse and design KPI’s.
  • Supporting offshoring transitions with clear timeline and associated documentation.
  • Contribute to regular retrospectives to continuously improve the team’s methodology
