Data Center of Excellence - Team Profile
The Data Center of Excellence (CoE) department sits within the Transformation & Tech COO division of Technology. The group is charged with delivering the Firm?s data strategy. It consists of about 40 people located across London, New York, Montreal, India and Shanghai focusing on Front to Back Data Platforms, Data Accessibility and Data Capability Framework.

Job Description
The Data CoE Accessibility team is looking for an experienced data architect to drive the direction of data accessibility for the Firm?s strategic cloud and analytics platforms. Key outcomes for this role are ensuring that cloud and analytical data assets are catalogued, data-oriented entitlements are defined, and Cloud & Analytics data access tools enforce those entitlements for data consumers across the Firm.

Role Requirements
The candidate must have significant experience of developing architectures, infrastructure & tools to support a large scale data platforms, including cataloging, governance, access and data protection capabilities. They must also be able to work well in a matrixed, virtual team environment, using agile delivery methodologies. Good understanding of enterprise data architecture, enterprise security and data development environments is preferred in order to integrate cloud and analytics data platform components into existing policy tooling, SDLC standards & security frameworks.
