What you'll do

As a member of the global Quality Assurance team you will:

Manage multiple engineering teams, Leads, Tech Specialists and individual contributors

Recruit, train, develop and coach team members to build an effective and self-managed engineering team

Provide support to the engineering team as regards engineering solutions, processes, best practices.

Implement strategies for products as well as project and engineering teams

Prepare schedules, define requirements and goals regarding development and software quality

Drive technical initiatives to improve products quality

Create and implement processes and procedures within Delivery

Provide technical support as regards technology, tools and processes within Delivery

Work closely with PMO to keep track of projects and quality

Lead/coordinate Delivery initiatives

Who you'll be

This is a role that relies on both people management and technical skillset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Degree education
• Hands-on experience with test automation

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD

• Experience with test environments based on Docker

• In-depth understanding of the software engineering in test as well as strong practical experience
• Proven success in delivering continuous improvement
• Excellent hands-on communication skills

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in software test engineering, in a leadership role of a team operating in a Scrum or Kanban model
