ITG is looking for an intellectual and enthusiastic Quality Assurance and Automation Analyst to join our London technology team. Here at ITG, technology is our middle name. Literally.   • Work as an integral part of the European QA team, performing automated and manual testing for the Middle and back office
  • Test POSIT, ITG’s Dark Pool, working globally with the POSIT team
  • Design and implement new automation tests for the next generation MBO system
  • Write documentation and test plans as well as providing project-specific guidance to other team members in performing testing
  • Work in an agile environment
  • Be open minded to multiple solutions and have the ability to make sound decisions
  • Work with EU Product Management and BI teams and Regional PM and BI teams
  • Provide second line of support


  • At least 3 years of manual testing experience, least 1 year of financial industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language
  • University degree in Computer Science
  • SQL knowledge and an interest in Equity Trading
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
  • Automation experience is advantageous
  • Powershell experience is advantageous
