This is a senior appointment requiring the expertise of an accomplished Transfer Agency Quality Control Manager and has been newly created initially work alongside the project team to develop a new transfer agency model and assume BAU responsibility after implementation by promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Candidates will have extensive experience leading Transfer Agency Teams and developing transfer agency operating models. As this is a newly created role, aspects of the role such as management information reporting will need to be developed as well as procedures and user guides for TAG.
Working in a strategic capacity developing operating models, candidates will work as part of the senior management team with exposure to the Executive Committee. In addition, it is essential candidates will bring BAU expertise to include oversight of daily mandate and instruction processing, will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the client on boarding process to include KYC, AML and CTF checks for clients and individuals. There will also be the requirement for investigating, documenting and resolving TAG errors to include internal procedure and regulatory breaches.
To be considered, candidates will come from a leadership role managing Transfer Agency Teams within a financial services organisation with significant client on boarding experience. A deep understating of regulatory requirements and industry best practices is also required.
