Quant Developer (C#) - London
Fund in central London are looking for a C# Quantitative Developer to expand their team. Your primary role will be to develop solutions for all areas of the business, including risk, quant and trading.
Main Responsibilities Will Include: - Programming and projects: reporting directly to the CTO to manage your workload and delivery dates
- Application support: you'll support a range of internal applications to make sure the tech side of the business runs smoothly
- Documentation and development: ensuring software that you develop is automatically built and deployed
- Security: as you'll have high levels of access and control to systems, it's vital to keep security standards high
Requirements: - A relevant degree from a top-tier university
- In-depth knowledge of C#
- Working experience of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in implementing robust and fast real-time systems and code execution optimisation
- Experience with event-driven architectures, multithreading and asynchronous programming
Good to have: - Experience with Python (along with C#, it is a fully supported language)
- Existing experience with any of these technologies: RabbitMQ, Redis, ReSharper, ComponentOne, FIX
- A love of software development: clear structure and coding standards are highly important to you
