The Response Management team is responsible for responding to formal customer requests from the firm including, RFPs, RFIs, Due Diligence, Risk Assessments, questionnaires and proposals. We partner with sales, product, legal and technology while managing the response process.
This individual will produce and deliver: Risk Assessments, Vendor Questionnaires, Due Diligence and general Questionnaires along with assisting in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) or any other type of formal customer communication.
The individual will assist in the development of the database content and will be able to coordinate the preparation, execution and delivery of formal responses representing the firm.
This includes creation, modification and maintenance of content which will require collaboration between numerous groups and achieving proper signoff.
We are looking for an individual who wants to work in a supportive team but who also seeks the scope to take ownership and responsibility for their own work.
Duties & accountabilities
Leads individual proposal response teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal, marketing and communications to respond to customer responses, proposals, questionnaires and presentations.
Ensures that responses are accurate, comply with high company standards and are completed by the assigned deadlines.
Assist with overall communication and approvals for responses which represent our entire organization.
Assist with PMAPS (database) processes, policies and procedures to drive improvement in tools and content.
Organise risk assessment meetings - agendas, send invites to internal/external parties and oversee the process until completion
Education and experience
University degree is preferred, A-levels,
Knowledge of financial products is preferred, Knowledge of Information Security and Business Continuity functions would be an advantage, Experience with creating proposals leveraging PMAPS (database) software is preferred, Cross-organizational experience preferred, Knowledge of MS Office products required (Word, Excel) and a knowledge of MS Project is essential and previous Salesforce experience would be an advantage
