Our expertise across the quantitative research/trading/tech space has resulted in Anson McCade earning its position as sole or Tier 1 supplier to many of these elite financial organisations.

Our team focuses on highly quantitative and technical positions, ranging from graduate all the way up to MD level, and involves constant dialogue with some of the brightest minds in the Quant/Trading/Tech industry.

This opportunity gives you a lot of exposure to the full lifecycle process of researching and mapping the market, candidate generation, managing clients, developing new business and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Networking with the market - this will involve calling, emailing and meeting prospective candidates and clients - building strong relationships in your market area.
  • Researching the industry - constant market mapping and updating our database to help further understand market structures and trends.
  • Managing complex lifecycles of deals - candidate management throughout the process including interview scheduling, preparation and feedback, to career/role discussion and financial compensation negotiation.
  • Client/account management - job description detailing, interview scheduling and feedback, to HR/business negotiation and market discussion.
  • Liaising with team members and others in a collaborative way - working together and more efficiently on respective mandates and market areas.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial individuals with an exceptionally strong work ethic, mind-set and determination to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills alongside a high IQ and emotional intelligence.
  • Career driven individual that is looking for somewhere you can grow and progress.
  • Some sales experience is beneficial it is not a pre-requisite in this case.
  • Strong academic background is also a big plus but individuals that can demonstrate high intellect and commercial awareness will also be considered.
