On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Front Office) for a 12 Month contract based in London.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Front Office) for a 12 Month contract based in London.

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for delivering cost effective recruitment solutions as directed primarily for Global Banking, Financial Institution Coverage and select areas of Global Markets, and, dependent on volumes, for other businesses in the London office.

This position offers the opportunity to build on existing front office recruitment skills to become a true partner to the business; advising on market trends, competitor benchmarking and strategic resourcing.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering hires alongside the recruitment lead for FIC, EQD, G10Rates and Prime Services and Finance.
  • Leading the recruitment for Compliance and Legal.
  • Engage in and promote internal mobility within the Group.
  • Manage end to end process including, but not limited to: reviewing CV's, scheduling (where necessary) & conducting HR interviews for all permanent hires, benchmarking (using McLagan, internal & external sources) and negotiating offers, driving the approval process with business managers and HR.
  • Identify, target and attract direct applicants to the Group.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Investment Banking Recruitment experience - inhouse (ideally).
  • Front office recruitment experience.
