Regional Field Marketing Director
Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective field marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of the organisation, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation in regional markets, through multiple routes to market

Strategic Goals & Deliverables:
  • Define the Field Marketing strategy across the associated region for all Finastra solutions, big bets and sales campaigns, inclusive of all routes to market (Direct, Partners, Digital Sales).
  • Strategically implement the 'Glocal' campaign planning approach to increase customer base reach and engagement.
  • Focus on Demand Generation Performance (MQL, SS2, SS4, Accretive Value)

Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate and partner with core marketing teams on campaign concept, messaging, content, creative, promotion and optimisation to ensure effectiveness for regional programs
  • Identify the most effective marketing channels, value proposition and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions
  • Engage Marketing and Sales colleagues, both pre- and post-events, to ensure events are aligned with omnichannel campaigns and optimise results in terms of awareness, inquiries, and revenue.
  • Ensure metrics are defined, tracked and reported out on - with opportunities for continuous improvement identified and integrated in future activities.
  • Manage a team of field and partner marketeers, each executing the strategy in their sub-regions of coverage or respective line of business.

Skills Requirements:
  • Proven skills in defining objectives, measuring key results, and optimising activities based on data
  • Team leadership and employee development experience
  • Great customer communication and interaction skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated budget management skills

Qualifications and experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically within a Field Marketing leadership role.
  • Account Based Marketing experience (desirable)
  • Team management experience
