Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Securities Services team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

  • To work as part of the Regulatory Compliance team to embed a customer-focused culture
  • Support the business to manage regulatory compliance risks
  • Establish UKRC as operating leading practice in the oversight of regulatory compliance risks
  • To focus mainly on surveillance work within the team but will be involved in other business areas when as required

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Understanding of Market Abuse Monitoring Systems
  • Understanding of ESMA and FCA rules
  • Strong, demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Well organised with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Displays attention to detail at all times
  • Good knowledge of Financial Markets and Asset Management products
