Regulatory Operations Manager

You will report to an Operations Director taking responsibility for management of the EMEA Regulatory Operations team. You will also have an opportunity to work with stakeholders across the business to assess the regulatory operations impact of new business activity / change initiatives and the delivery of subsequent project work.

Our Regulatory Operations team is responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of regulatory reporting in EMEA. As such, the team is required to understand the trade flows through the systems, and work with various teams including Compliance, Technology, Middle Office, and the various trading businesses to ensure we are meeting regulatory reporting requirements.

You will be an experienced team manager with detailed product knowledge and excellent data analytical skills. A strong risk mindset is critical, as is an understanding of trade flows.
