Relationship Manager - Gaming & Trading About the team: The Gaming and Trading commercial team operates within the Ecommerce division of Worldpay from FIS. It is responsible for serving the payment requirements of the world's largest gambling, forex and crypto merchants. This is the most dynamic, challenging and rewarding customer segment of Worldpay's fastest growing business division.

What you will be doing: - Be accountable for overall relationship health, cross-selling, driving merchant advocacy to grow account to full potential income for merchants
- Developing long-term partnership with merchant through Quarterly Business Meeting and Regular Face to Face Meetings.
- Developing a deep understanding of the customer's business, and being an advisor and consultant on both their payment needs and their broader business agenda
- Collaborating with merchants to drive innovation, our roadmap and an ongoing market leading Worldpay value proposition
- Develop cross-sell opportunities and drive share of wallet growth by engaging merchants on vertical-specific roadmap and WorldPay value proposition based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitions
What you bring: - You will have an understanding and appreciation of the payments industry in particular with regard to card processing, gateway services and local funding methods.
- Commercial experience either through new sales or account management.
- A passion to learn and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Added bonus if you have: - You will ideally have some sector expertise or knowledge in the gambling/gaming or trading markets o
- A good understanding of working and selling within regulated markets and the various demands that this brings with legal and compliance.
