Our client is a growing wealth management business with a strong brand and proposition.
They are seeking to hire a Relationship Manager, Team Leader role, managing their team of Regulated Financial Advisors. This is a management position and the role holder will not have client facing responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include leading the team, driving excellence in the client experience, ensuring the team provide a personalised financial advice service, manage, guide, retain and develop new and existing clients, overseeing and ensuring the timely resolution of client queries, ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service in all interactions, monitoring and analysing team activity and output and leading the identification and completion of potential sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will need to be self-moviated, Level 6 RDR qualified with a background in client facing investment management and financial advice, experience of managing and leading a team of regulated advisors, excellent product and industry knowledge and they will need to possess strong communication, influencing and organisational skills.
