Resilience & Continuity Manager

Resilience & Continuity (R&C) is part of the Business Continuity, Information Security, Physical and People Security Policy, Investigations Policy team.

As Resilience & Continuity Manager you'll deliver the Group approach for Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience via Policy and Governance, reporting to the Senior Manager, Resilience & Continuity.

This is a specialist role that requires a deep understanding of Business Continuity & Resilience principles and standards, the Groups organisational design and risk management.

The role involves working closely with the BCM Senior Manager in supporting the maintenance and continual improvement of the R&C policy and procedures ensuring the delivery of appropriate risk management to the Groups most critical processes, products and services. To influence and shape current and future Group-wide continuity & operational resilience strategies, support major event planning, and increase the general awareness and knowledge of Business Continuity & Operational Resilience across the Group.

You'll be responsible for providing policy advice and guidance and establishing Management Information to inform on R&C Policy and procedural compliance and capability within Business Units across LBG.

You'll be supporting the R&C Senior Manager in wider BCM / Group Security activity, acting as a role model for the Group's values and advocates the Group's people policies, challenging and improving existing processes to drive service excellence.
