The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Assistant to provide administrative support to both the Executive Search and Long-Term Talent Resourcing Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to understand how Human Resources supports the business, and the roles and functions that exist across M&G Prudential.

What are the teams responsible for?

The Long-Term Talent Team is responsible for the attraction, recruitment, development and management of our diverse group of graduates, interns and apprentices. The team is also responsible for talent management and development activity for employees during the early stages of their careers, including graduates and apprentices once they have completed their programmes. Our vision is to recruit and develop a diverse high calibre talent pool to shape the future success of M&G Prudential.

The Executive Search team is responsible for managing senior level hiring across the business, with the aim of conducting searches directly and reducing our reliance and spend on external executive search providers. The team also provides in-depth market insight to the business which can help support the proposition of hires, products or geographical regions.

You will be responsible for

* Regular interaction with hiring managers, suppliers and candidates as part of the recruitment process.
* Coordination of interviews and of assessment centre days
* Applicant tracking system administration and maintenance
* Provision of administrative support across a broad range of areas, such as coordination of offer documentation, ensuring accurate terms & conditions are in place with suppliers, responding to queries from the business and prospective candidates, coordination of graduate rotations and appraisals.
* Supporting the Long-Term Talent team with set-up and execution of recruitment events, including in-house and on campus
* Supporting Long-Term Talent team with administration and coordination related to graduate, intern and apprentice development programmes.

You will be able to demonstrate that you are professional, efficient and able to remain calm in a fast paced and changing environment. You will have good attention to detail and a good ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will need to be confident dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
