Responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient resource management solution, ensuring the right candidate, in the right place, at the right time to optimise the success rate of iBe placements for revenue maximisation/optimisation

  • Administration of contract changes for the purpose of associate renewals and extensions
  • Take full responsibility for the preparation of new associate agreements and all associated paperwork and administration
  • Manage an accurate associate database, whilst further developing the associate network to reflect the skills required in to fill business engagements
  • Deliver an effective resource management process ensuring the organisation meets its resourcing objectives
  • Develop relationships with internal account managers and external partners and agencies, where relevant, to deliver against the wider recruitment needs of the client base
  • Develop a commercial understanding of the key business areas in order to provide more effective candidate matching to optimise potential conversion rates
  • Maintain effective systems to enable accurate record keeping and reporting of resourcing KPIs
  • Continue to develop a proactive direct sourcing model that utilises all the relevant channels and media to attract talent for existing and future requirements
  • Be responsible for reporting on the status of deployed resources; open requirements and potential long term business development wins as part of the governance timetable

  • Support and oversight of the resourcing assistant, where sourcing of associates/contractors is concerned
  • Responsibility for the line management of the resourcing assistant, carrying out role as required and for employee related issues and reviews
  • Ad hoc tasks that will be required from time to time by direction from the senior management
