Our client is a leading investment firm with a succesful investment platform and direct to consumer business. The role will oversee a team responsible for SIPP, ISA and GIA product strategy, as well as the guidance and planning tools for these two channels.
Key responsibilities include: defining and delivering a retail product (ISA, SIPP and GIA) roadmap and strategy for the business, acting as the key interface between the various business and commercial teams, overseeing all product changes and developments, monitoring and evaluating the business against competitor activity, creating and reporting on KPI's across the product range and leading other strategic products across the retail product strategy.
The role will manage a team split across product and planning.
The successful candidate will need to be a strong leader with experience of working for a financial services or investment platform. The individual is likely to come from a commercial, business management, product or strategy background. An understanding of the wider consumer investment sector is important i.e. knowledge of ISA, SIPP and GIA product. Candidates will need strong leadership skills, good commerical experience and the ability to manage a range of senior stakeholder relationships.
