Our client is a leading global asset manager with a successful UK personal investing offering. They are seeking to hire a London based Retail SIPP Client Services Associate to provide their retail SIPP clients with market leading client service and support. Key responsibilities include: ensuring that all client requests and queries are responded to within defined service levels, timely and accurate processing of all transaction requests, recommending client service enhancements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for internal and external processes and services, proactively managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure support for clients’ needs, maintaining a good understanding of the SIPP regulatory environment, industry trends and key competitors, reviewing client satisfaction measurement results and competitive measures, helping to produce management information and internal updates on client activity and participating in projects and cross-functional teams/initiatives. The successful candidate will be a self starter, customer centric, possess an undergraduate degree, proven client service experience gained in retail financial services, good knowledge of pensions products, ideally including SIPP's, excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and good knowledge of Powerpoint, Access and Excel. Please note that knowledge of retail pensions products is essential.
