This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jupiter HR Team, working specifically as an analyst within the Reward function. The Reward function is currently comprised of three individuals, the Head of Reward, Senior Reward Manager and Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
The Reward Analyst will support each in ensuring that the pay and benefits of Jupiter employees is competitive and well managed and administered.  As a financial services organisation, employees’ pay incorporates a variety of different components, therefore this role offers the opportunity for an individual to learn about and provide support in relation to all pay and reward matters for the company, including:
•Responsibility for monthly pension, benefits and share scheme administration.
•Processing of share-based payments.
•Assisting in operating and maintaining reward systems and reports that are used for the annual salary/bonus review, share plan and benefit administration
•Supporting employees with queries in relation to their compensation and benefits.
•Assisting with international payrolls and tax reporting requirements
Candidates should possess a strong enthusiasm to learn and develop their knowledge of reward, the asset management industry, and wider business skills. This role involves working closely with three experienced reward professionals who will help train the individual in learning the technical aspects of the job. This role will also offer the possibility of undertaking a related professional qualification. Additionally, Jupiter runs a wide curriculum of practical learning modules designed to develop employees’ personal skills in topics that are important to the company strategy and culture. These modules are open to all employees throughout the year and will supplement the technical learning to provide a strong overall development plan for the role.
Experience/Skills Required:
Candidates for this role do not require any prior experience of HR or reward but should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
•Willingness to learn
•Strong numerical skills (including A level maths).
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Ability to problem solve
•Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
•Strong written and verbal professional communication skills.
•As a HR focussed role, the individual will have to work discretely and maintain confidentiality of information.
