An excellent opportunity to gain exposure, in a challenging role, within our Financial Crime Advisory team (Investor, Asset & Third Party Due Diligence).

As Manager, the key aspects of your role will be aligned to our Infrastructure and Real Assets division. You will be primarily responsible for risk assessing and conducting enhanced due diligence, covering Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Anti-Bribery and Corruption risks. You will also work on ad-hoc preparation of materials for submission to the EMEA Reputation and Conduct Risk Committee, attend business asset acquisition pipeline meetings and liaise with non / part integrated businesses to ensure our risk assessment and due diligence standards are applied to investors, target assets, asset buyers / sellers and third parties to asset transactions. Lastly, you will assist those businesses with assessing higher risk factors identified from those escalations.

You are a Financial Crime compliance professional with 4+ years’ experience of working in an intelligence / research firm or an equivalent financial institution and you’re looking forward to the next exciting move in your career. You have core skills and experience related to enhanced due diligence, intelligence gathering / research and knowledge of financial crime prevention regulation (e.g. Money Laundering Regulations, UK Bribery Act and international sanctions programmes) with additional knowledge of financial markets and products, as well as an awareness and understanding of local cultures.

A proactive approach to engaging with the business, building strong stakeholder relationships and having a consultative approach in providing advice will be essential to your success.
