Our Clients are looking for forward thinking, ambitious Ruby developers to help scale their product from 1 million current users to over 10 million users as soon as possible and the Ruby Developer they are looking for will be the following:

• Ruby developer with at least 2 years' experience in a backend role
• Ability to reduce complex problems to simple solutions consistently
• People who enjoy making those around you better engineers
• Someone who's excited by what our client is building; you are product-focused and care about making our users' lives better
