We have an opportunity for a Sales professional to join our growing, successful Asset Management / Fintech sales team. You will gain direct access to senior team members and be provided formal professional development. This is a key role to the AMD team and so you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the sales, marketing and investment teams.

Key Objectives of the Role:
› Play an integral role throughout sales process including pre and post-sale with a focus on providing phone-based sales and relationship management contact to our UK advisory client base
› Proactively sell SEI AMD’s investment proposition and business solutions to a broad adviser client base and develop and strengthen adviser client relationships
› Implement and co-ordinate calling campaigns as set by Head of Trust and Advisory
› Support the sales directors in their sales process and client-relationships
› Contribute towards the achievement of AMD’s AUM revenue targets, as well as achieving personal targets set, including calling targets. Ensure asset growth from existing and new prospects

What you'll do:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Make outbound calls, as directed, to our advisory client base for the purposes of:
› Introductory / business development calls, at individual adviser level, further to RD’s attendance at client meetings
› Proactively source and qualify sales opportunities for the relationship directors. Pro-actively solicit business and progress opportunities in conjunction with Sales Directors
› Engagement with new clients to train and educate advisers to ensure they understand SEI’s investment management and business solutions
› Keeping open communication with the client and forge and maintain strong working relationships to maximise client retention

CLIENT SUPPORT
› Point of client contact and query resolution providing consistent, known frontline support as required to AMD’s extensive client base. Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries to desk via phone and email (including team phone line and mailbox)
› Support clients through the sales process, providing support and information regarding a wide range of topics including fund and technical information, marketing literature, trading queries

TEAM SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION
› Provide Sales Directors with telephone, administrative, and specific & general sales support, allowing them to maximise opportunities
› Maintenance and updating of CRM software – updating for new clients and working with development team on system improvements
› Organise and co-ordinate meetings and events for clients and prospects including, pitches, strategic reviews and conferences/road shows  
› Proactively liaise with other internal functions (IMU/Legal, Compliance, etc) and where appropriate contribute solutions to resolve any client service issues/errors

TARGETS
› Consistently work towards and achieve team and individual targets that are set including quantifiable daily or weekly call and task-related targets and the AMD team’s net flow targets

Best Practice:
› Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc) and maintain ongoing and effective communication of these with clients where appropriate
› Develop strong knowledge of the competition which rivals the SEI outsourced investment solution to be used both internally and externally
› Maintenance and updating of internal systems/ data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data
› Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required

What you'll bring to the table:
› Experience working within financial services, preferably within asset management in a sales or service function. Already passed or willing to take IMC and/or advisory qualifications
› Phone based sales experience pre-requisite
› Basic analytical skills
