Bury Street Capital is a successful, well-established London-based institutional capital raising and advisory firm, representing mainly US-based boutique institutional asset managers outside their domestic market in both the private and public funds arenas. We are currently looking to hire additional marketers to work from our London office.

Candidates for the role will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 5-10 years sales experience at a major global placement agency
  • Private Credit/ Private Debt and/or Infrastructure/ Renewables private markets experience including strong technical expertise on the credit side
  • Candidate to have an established institutional client base with strong direct personal relationships at senior levels in those organisations
  • Coverage preferably in Asia, UK, German speaking countries or any combination of these
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with both colleagues and clients
  • This is not a management role, the successful candidate will be employed as a direct marketer

  • Natural team player with a keenness to communicate in a small, close-knit team environment
  • Highly motivated and dynamic personality who is a self-starter with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen 
  • Excellent sales, relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Presence, self-confidence and strong presentation skills
  • Strong intellect, but with the ability to interact with both clients and colleagues
  • Experience of working with a CRM system (BSC use Salesforce) and a culture of maintaining and working with such a system
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Keenness to travel extensively for business
  • Sound judgement and a high level of professional and personal integrity
  • The chosen candidate should ideally be a graduate or post-graduate. Further qualifications such as CFA (I,II,III), CAIA or an MBA are not required but will be viewed as an additional asset.
