A high performing technology platform that sells into investment managers is keen to identify a talented individual to manage existing relationships, and over time develop new business. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a data/ information provider whose client group are financial services businesses.

Their product enables investment managers and fund distributors to access vital information which is key to their own business development and asset raising efforts.

The sales process is sophisticated (probably best described as advisory), so it is key that you are passionate about developing long term, mutually beneficial relationships. This is not a high volume, relentless sales call environment- think quality, not quantity.

You’ll be the primary contact for a group of clients, maintaining and enhancing those relationships where possible.

Developing and delivering presentations to clients, providing sales support, developing costings and looking at contract agreements are all key elements.

You will need to have previous experience (2 to 5 years) within the financial services industry, ideally with a client relations/ sales support type role.
