PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the respective desk business strategy; working with end users to request and incorporate new functionality; address usability and configure the CRM tool accordingly
- Ownership of the CRM and responsible for the system and the "go-to" expert for any questions on CRM functionality and reporting
§ - Provide administrative CRM support including: manage dashboards, campaigns, approve onboarding/offboarding of users and monitor licensing
§ - Provide regular weekly and monthly standard suite of reports and performance trends; usage metrics; and Provide ad-hoc reporting requests
§ - Provide CRM training, produce training plans and conduct teach ins
§ - Provide trouble shooting and support on-site and in remote locations
§ - Manage overall relationship with vendor (including any issue resolution/escalation)
§ - Working with key stakeholders, customize CRM configuration where possible to assist different business requirements (collect requirements, conduct UAT testing and production rollout)
§ - Develop current state documentation and business requirements documentation; and perform gap analyses and prioritization of issues
§ - Drive requirements gathering by identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving existing business systems issues
§ - Work closely with development, QA, and support partners to ensure priorities are developed, tested and implemented to requirements; communicate progress and issues clearly back to stakeholders
§ - Participate in UAT and coordinate end user UAT QA testing to ensure product changes
