The communications team of a global financial trading firm who focus on developing and enhancing the robust infrastructure responsible for delivering real time communications, both internally across the firm and externally, are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.

The communications team of a global financial trading firm who focus on developing and enhancing the robust infrastructure responsible for delivering real time communications, both internally across the firm and externally, are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.

 

This technical environment will involve you championing Agile/Scrum throughout the team, wider environment and organisation as a whole. You will have visibility and control across all the team’s operations ensuring collaboration across teams and successful delivery of all technology solutions.

 

We'll trust you to:

  • Be a Scrum Master to multiple scrum teams
  • Lead Scrum Ceremonies/Daily Stand-up
  • Own the well-being and continued success of Scrum Artifacts (Sprint Backlog, Product Backlog, and Product Increment)
  • Champion the Agile Framework/Scrum Methodology throughout the organisation
  • Coach and mentor members of the scrum team, product and program management, and leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
  • Partner with other Scrum Masters throughout the business to generate consistency and continued enhancement implementing and evolving Agile/Scrum practices across the firm.

 

You need to have:

  • Extensive multiple team scrum master experience
  • Ideally you will be a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience implementing agile/scrum to new and existing teams
  • Experience utilizing and administration Atlassian JIRA and Confluence in a Agile/Scrum organization
  • A background in software development, project management, and SDLC
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools
