Security Culture and Awareness Lead
Role Profile At FNZ we take security seriously, our growing of the security organisation reflects this. We are developing a class leading security function and are looking for passionate people to join our team.
We are looking for someone to lead our security culture and awareness programme. Reporting directly to the CISO, this exciting opportunity will have a lead role in enhancing our people's security awareness and engagement across the group.
The role will cover all aspects of information security training including;
General awareness and secure working for all colleagues
Role specific training for execs and EAs etc
Secure coding training for developers
Training for the security team
The role will work closely with the regulatory training team to ensure we cover everything we need to and minimise the need for dedicated security compliance training.
The role will in many ways be the 'face' of the security team to many people in the organisation so it critical to be a great communicator and passionate about the benefits of secure working.
Role Responsibilities
Creating and delivering our group wide security training strategy
Identifying solutions required to deliver the agreed strategy
Delivering security training to all our colleagues
Identifying audiences that would benefit from specific focussed training
Measuring progress and providing metrics demonstrating engagement and improvements
Managing relationships with any training providers
Experience Required
Ideally performed a similar role
Experience of delivering security awareness to varied international audiences and multiple cultures
Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders with a strong focus on business outcomes
Worked with internationally distributed teams for a global organisation
Able to work in extremely fast-paced environment, collaboratively, and autonomously
Ideally has some psychology knowledge / experience
Fintech/Financial Services sector experience desirable
An understanding of the UK platform market desirable
