Selby Jennings are working on behalf of a leading RegTech provider looking to build out their team with the acquisition of a Senior Account Manager.
- Manage existing relationships and accounts
- Management of entire renewal process
- Maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Meet assigned annual sales quotas
- Initiate and drive the sales cycle from first contact through to closing out deals - leveraging internal expertise where required
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- "Own" the territory of UK and Europe internally.
- Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing the insights with the product teams
- Working closely with the Marketing team to help with campaigns and events throughout the year
- 8+ years experience in selling Risk/RegTech/Enterprise Software to the financial services
- Strong, proven sales track record selling to financial services
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in new business sales and hunting new logos
- Strong track record of consistently hitting annual sales quotas
